2025

Sales of DIPLEX Naturex Co., a ring-shaped casing with a special surface texture, have officially launched. The AMIFLEX R barrier casing has found a new application: for the first time, it was perforated and successfully implemented in the production of meat chips. A new type of AMIVAC MVR-S bag has been launched, developed as a modern alternative to latex coatings for cheeses using natural ripening technology. Thermoformable printing for films has been developed – a unique service unmatched in Russia or anywhere else. The company has increased its production capacity for sausage and permeable sausage casings, contributing to the country's food security.

2024

A new product, FIBROCEL, has been launched – a matte, highly durable, permeable casing for cooked-smoked, semi-smoked, dry-cured, and dry-cured sausages. It offers superior performance compared to fibrous. The company is participating in the China International Meat Industry Exhibition (CIMIE).

2023

New products launched:
• AMISTYLE films: universal for tray sealing – CPP; super-elastic for thermoforming – VR-E;
• iCel Premium Pro super-permeable casing for dry-cured and smoked sausages, as an alternative to fibrous casings;
• iCel Prestige highly permeable casing for cooked and smoked sausages, an ideal replacement for cellulose casings;
• iColl sausage casing, with properties similar to collagen casings.

2022

Production capacity for sausage and barrier casings has been expanded. The company is participating in the SeaFood Expo.

2021

A new film production plant has opened at a new site. A project to increase sausage casing extrusion capacity has been implemented, allowing for an additional output of over 50,000 km of product. Production of the new AMIFLEX R casing has begun, replacing the perforated fibrous casing. The AMIVAC MVR bag width range has been expanded to 400 mm.

2020

A new DIPLEX S-Mr. casing has been developed, "restarting" the Vyazanka project. A ring-shaped modification of the iCel Premium M casing, iCel Premium Mko, has been released. A 13-layer AMISTYLE film production line and a new Alshtain printing press have begun operation. A new AMIGRAN granulate production line has been launched. By-products from the company's extrusion lines serve as raw materials. A unique remote technical support project, www.atlantis-pak.pro, has been launched.

2019

A new generation of iPil sausage casings, iPil PRO, has been developed. The iPil PRO and iPil Chereva PRO versions have been produced. Diplex and Amiflex casings, imitating a paper surface, have been created – Amiflex Papyrus and Diplex Papyrus. An ultra-thin AMISTYLE film, just 25 microns thick, has been produced – AMISTYLE SPE-25. The AMIVAC MVR meat maturation bag and a matte version of the iCel Premium casing, iCel Premium M, have been created.

2018

Launch of AMIVAC SV bags and AMIFLEX Fr casings for frozen products. Participation in seven international exhibitions.

2017

Launch of nine-layer AMIVAC S bags on a new extrusion line. The permeable AICel Premium-Sinyuga casing was introduced.

2016

The latest production line for AMISTAYL high-barrier films, using our own patented technology, has been installed and is now operational.

2015

The AICEL Premium casing was introduced. A new manufacturing plant in the Czech Republic began operations.

2014

The production of heat-sealable films AMISTAYL and barrier casings for LST sausages has been launched.

2013

New AMIVAC MVS bags for baking meat products and DIPLEX casing with dynamic permeability have been developed.

2012

A new permeable shell, AiCel, has been developed.

2011

The world's first easy-to-remove plastic sausage casing, iPeel, was launched.

2010

Production of a new casing that does not require soaking, AMITEX Express. Launch of industrial production of AMIVAC NT chilled meat bags.

2008

New generation of permeable casings – NANOSMOK.

2007

AMITEX Sonet, a manufacturer of plastic mesh casings, has launched a line for producing seven-layer heat-shrink bags.

2006

Development of the FIBROSMOK permeable shell. Formulation of the company's development strategy for the period 2006-2011.

2003

Development of UV printing technology for sausage casings.

2002

Ring-shaped casings AMISMOK and AMILUX have been released.

2001

The world's first line of permeable plastic casings has been developed and launched into production: AMISMOK, AMITAN PRO, AMITAN PRO Sinyuga for the production of semi-smoked, cooked-smoked and cooked sausages, and AMILUX for the production of smoked sausage products.

2000

Atlantis-Pak produces AMIVAC heat-shrinkable vacuum bags for packaging delicatessen meat products and cheeses.

1999

Launch of production of label products.

1998

Production of AMIFLEX, Russia's first multilayer plastic casing for long-shelf-life sausages, has been launched. Today, AMIFLEX is one of the most popular casings not only in Russia and neighboring countries, but also in many countries worldwide.

1997

The world's first plastic casing for sausages and frankfurters, AMIPAK, was released, and a year later, 22% of all sausage products in Russia were produced in AMIPAK casing.

1995

Production expansion. Atlantis-Pak occupies a leading position in the Russian market.

1993

Start of production of the first plastic sausage casing in Russia.
