Description

AMIFLEX Express casing is a multilayer barrier casing with a glossy, shiny surface. A distinctive feature of AMIFLEX Express casing is its ability to be processed without soaking or pre-wetting (when working with corrugated casing) and without significant overfilling relative to the nominal gauge.

Application

AMIFLEX Express casing is designed for the production, transportation, storage, and distribution of a variety of dairy products:
— unsmoked sausage and processed cheese;
— butter and margarines;
— cottage cheese and cottage cheese products;
— sour cream;
— ice cream.

Advantages

1. The ability to process shirred casings without soaking saves time on casing preparation, conserves production space, simplifies the storage of unused casings during the day, and makes AMIFLEX Express casings virtually sterile.

2. AMIFLEX Express casings can be formed without significant overfilling (no more than 2-3%). This ensures a consistent loaf size and weight, reduces the risk of ruptures, places less stress on the forming equipment, and reduces wear.

3. Its mechanical strength allows loaf forming using high-performance automatic and semi-automatic clippers at high forming speeds.

4. Its fat resistance allows it to be used for packaging and storing high-fat products.

5. Low oxygen and water vapor permeability is ensured by a carefully selected combination of polymers and ensures:
— no loss during storage of dairy products;
— microbiological stability of products during storage;
— inhibition of oxidative processes that lead to rancidity of fats;
— excellent presentation of finished products throughout their shelf life, preventing shrinkage.

6. The high heat resistance of polymers significantly expands the temperature range of their use, from sub-zero temperatures (freezing and storing ice cream) to temperatures at which cheese curd is packaged.

7. Physiological safety. The casing is not susceptible to microbiological spoilage, as the materials from which it is made are inert to bacteria and mold. This simplifies casing storage and improves the hygienic characteristics of both the casing itself and the production process.

Seal

Single-sided and double-sided, single-color, multi-color, or full-color printing using UV-curable or volatile solvent-based inks. Printing is done using a flexographic process, and the inks are resistant to boiling, grease, and mechanical damage.
