AMIFLEX N casing is a multilayer barrier casing for the production of spherical products. AMIFLEX N casing is designed for use with automatic and semiautomatic filling and clipping equipment.

Application

AMIFLEX N casing is designed for the production, transportation, storage and sale of unsmoked sausage and processed cheeses.

Advantages

1. Mechanical strength allows for loaf forming using high-performance automatic and semi-automatic clippers at high forming speeds.

2. Easily stretchable in the transverse direction allows for the production of spherical products.

3. Fat resistance allows for packaging and storage of high-fat products.

4. Low permeability to oxygen and water vapor is ensured by a carefully selected combination of polymers and ensures:
— No loss during storage of dairy products;
— Microbiological stability of products during storage;
— Slowing down of oxidative processes that lead to rancidity of fats;
— Excellent presentation of finished products throughout their shelf life, with no shrinkage.

5. High heat resistance of polymers significantly expands the temperature range of their use, from sub-zero temperatures (freezing and storing ice cream) to temperatures at which cheese curd is packaged.

6. Physiological safety: The casing is not susceptible to microbiological deterioration, as the materials it is made from are inert to bacteria and mold. This simplifies casing storage and improves the hygienic characteristics of both the casing itself and production.

Seal

The AMIFLEX N casing can be printed on one or two sides in single, multi, or full colors using volatile solvent-based inks.
The printing is done using a flexographic process, and the inks are resistant to boiling, grease, and mechanical damage.
