AMIFLEX T casing is a multilayer barrier casing. AMIFLEX T casing is designed for use with automatic and semiautomatic filling and clipping equipment.
AMIFLEX T casing is designed for the production, transportation, storage, and distribution of a variety of dairy products:
— unsmoked sausage and processed cheese;
— butter and margarines;
— cottage cheese and cottage cheese products;
— sour cream;
— ice cream.
1. Mechanical strength allows for loaf forming using high-performance automatic and semi-automatic clippers at high forming speeds.
2. Fat resistance allows for packaging and storage of high-fat products.
3. Low oxygen and water vapor permeability is ensured by a carefully selected combination of polymers and ensures:
— No loss during storage of dairy products;
— Microbiological stability of products during storage;
— Slowing down of oxidative processes that lead to rancidity of fats;
— Excellent presentation of finished products throughout their shelf life;
— No shrinkage.
4. High heat resistance of polymers significantly expands the temperature range of their use, from sub-zero temperatures (freezing and storing ice cream) to temperatures at which cheese curd is packaged.
5. Physiological safety. The casing is not susceptible to microbiological spoilage, as the materials it is made from are inert to bacteria and mold. This simplifies casing storage and improves the hygiene of both the casing itself and the production process.
It is possible to produce exclusive colors
Single-sided and double-sided, single-color, multi-color, or full-color printing using UV-curable or volatile solvent-based inks. Printing is done using a flexographic process, and the inks are resistant to boiling, grease, and mechanical damage.
