Description

AMISTYLE NV is a multilayer heat-sealable high-barrier film containing an EvOH layer.

AMISTYLE NV films are designed for use on various types of continuous automatic equipment:
— vertical forming and clipping systems;
— horizontal heat-sealing machines coupled with clippers.

Contact heat sealing and hot-air sealing can be used to seal the films into sleeves.
AMISTYLE NV films are designed for products sold in retail as whole loaves. AMISTYLE NV films are made from polyamide, polyolefin, and adhesive (modified polyethylene) and EvOH, all approved for use in the food industry.

Application

AMISTYLE NV films can be used for the production, transportation, storage, and distribution of pasty food products, such as:
— edible fats, butter;
— pates, liver sausages;
— cooked sausages, frankfurters, and small sausages;
— processed cheeses;
— ice cream;
— sour cream;
— minced meats, etc.

1. The biaxial orientation of the films, combined with their mechanical strength, enables the production of portioned products with precise weights at high forming speeds, ensuring consistency of loaf shape and size.

4. Physiological safety - the films are not subject to microbiological deterioration, as the materials from which they are made are inert to the effects of bacteria and mold. This simplifies film storage and improves the hygienic properties of both the film itself and the sausage production process.

5. The low specific gravity of the films (kg/m²) ensures an optimal product-to-packaging weight ratio.

Seal

AMISTYLE NV film is printed on one-sided, multi-color or full-color surfaces using volatile solvent-based inks. The printing is done using a flexographic process, and the inks are resistant to boiling, grease, and mechanical damage.
