Description

AMISTYLE SRE is a multilayer, high-barrier film for food packaging containing an antifog agent and designed for sealing trays with a polyethylene sealing layer. AMISTYLE SRE is made from polyamide, polyolefin, polyethylene terephthalate, EvOH, and an adhesive (modified polyethylene), all approved for use in the food industry. Contains an antifog agent.

Application

AMISTYLE SRE film is designed for sealing containers with a PE sealing layer. It is used for packaging fresh products in modified atmospheres.

*The AMISTYLE SRE-40-M film is characterized by minimal heat shrinkage and is designed for use on tray sealers with film cutting along the inner edge (inside-cut).

Colors

Seal

AMISTYLE SRE films are available for multi-color or full-color printing. The printing is done using a flexographic process, and the inks are resistant to boiling, grease, and mechanical damage.

Recommendations for use

Welding temperature: 130–170°C.

Sealing time: varies from 0.6 to 2 seconds, provided the equipment is in good working order.
