Description

AMISTYLE CPP is a multilayer, high-barrier film for food packaging containing an antifog agent and designed for sealing trays with a polypropylene or polyethylene sealing layer. AMISTYLE CPP is composed of polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate, EvOH, polyolefin, and adhesive, and features a heat-sealable layer of polyolefin plastomers suitable for sealing with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Contains an antifog agent.

Application

AMISTYLE SPP film is designed for sealing containers with a PP or PE sealing layer. It is used for packaging food products in trays using a modified atmosphere to extend shelf life.

The printing is done using a flexographic process, and the inks are resistant to boiling, grease, and mechanical damage.

Recommendations for use

The welding temperature for AMISTYLE SRR film ranges from 160 to 190°C.

This ranges from 0.6 to 2 seconds, provided the equipment is in good working order.
