Description

AMIVAC MV-9 – barrier shrink bags for vacuum packaging, storage, and distribution of bone-in meats, products with sharp edges, and rough inclusions. Products in AMIVAC MV-9 bags can be packaged in chamber-type vacuum packaging machines.

AMIVAC MV-9 is available in two versions:
— AMIVAC MV-9-60 (60 µm ± 6 µm)
— AMIVAC MV-9-75 (75 µm ± 6 µm)

Application

AMIVAC MV-9 bags can be used for packaging meat with bones, products with sharp edges and rough inclusions.

Advantages

— Excellent optical properties: High transparency allows the product to be displayed in its best light;
— High oxygen and water vapor barrier properties: Oxygen is prevented from entering the bag, and moisture from escaping from the bag;
— Versatility: The AMIVAC MB-9 bag can be sealed on any type of heat-sealing equipment, regardless of the brand or condition of the machine;
— High shrink properties allow for packaging non-standard-shaped products without distorting the printed image.

Colors

Seal

AMIVAC MV-9 bags can be printed on one side. The number of printing colors ranges from 1+0 to 10+10.

Delivery forms

— in a roll with perforations for tearing;
— in a roll without perforations;
— glued to two strips (for use on automatic equipment);
— cut into individual packets, packed in transport bags of 100 pieces.
