The printing team consists of creative and technical designers, as well as prepress specialists. GLOBE INTER-PACK designers are specialists with specialized training and extensive experience. We are ready to develop and technically prepare your original layout, no matter how complex, according to the requirements of our printing equipment, free of charge.
The high skill of our printers, our quality management system, and the unique equipment we developed in collaboration with the Japanese company Ko-Pack guarantee the consistent quality of our printing. This allows us to reproduce images on the casing comparable in quality to offset printing on paper. All inks used for marking are grease- and water-resistant. The image applied to the casing is not affected by temperature, is inert to smoke components, is resistant to abrasion, and expands and contracts with the casing. The inks we use are completely safe for health and are approved for food contact, as confirmed by the relevant certificates.
Single-color printing is printing with a single color of ink.
Multi-color printing is printing with several "ready-made" color inks (e.g., white, yellow, red, gold—four-color printing).
In full-color printing, all colors and shades are achieved by mixing four "base" inks—cyan, magenta, yellow, and black (CMYK)—directly on the printed surface (the shell). This type of printing allows for the production of highly complex images, including photographs.
Printing with ultraviolet inks that instantly polymerize under the influence of UV radiation.
— images of any complexity;
— quality comparable to offset printing;
— unlimited number of vibrant colors and shades;
— seamless stitching on solid images;
— the ability to print the entire surface of the shell — edge-to-edge printing;
— the ability to use the smallest font size (4 pt) in layouts;
— color consistency within and across subsequent print runs.
UV-CMYK is based on the CMYK color process: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. All other colors and shades are created by mixing these four. Additionally, white ink is used as a base. No other colors are used. UV-CMYK offers the same advantages as standard UV printing. However, the cost of UV-CMYK printing is significantly lower than that of standard UV printing. UV-CMYK offers an opportunity to reduce the cost of coating while maintaining the quality of UV printing.
