Corrugation

The use of corrugated casings is an essential feature of a modern meat processing plant. Today, we have the capability to corrugate casings up to 195 mm in diameter. Depending on the casing diameter, the length of a single corrugated casing can reach up to 100 m. Using such long corrugated casings increases productivity and reduces casing waste in sausage production.

Slicing

Slicing is the most common service for AMIVAC bags, which began with the introduction of these bags. Atlantis-Pak's extensive fleet of bag-making machines enables us to produce bags with a variety of slicing types:
— straight seam;
— semicircular seam;
— side seams;
— V-shaped seam.

We also offer the option of gluing bags with any slicing type onto a tape for ease of use on automated lines. Slicing is performed on bags from 80 to 650 mm wide.
