AMIVAC V-seam bags are suitable for packaging irregularly shaped products:
— leg of lamb
— turkey legs
— cheese segments

V-seam bags allow you to effectively present irregularly shaped products.
Thanks to the modified shape, after the bag is shrunk during production, there will be a minimum of folds (or "ears") that previously spoiled the product's appearance!

Choosing the right V-seam bag size

To determine the required bag width, measure the perimeter of the product being packaged at its widest point. The bag width is calculated using the formula:

Width = Product perimeter (at its widest point) x 0.55 (mm)

To determine the required bag length, measure the perimeter of the product being packaged at its longest point. The formula is:

Length = Product length + Product height + 80 mm

To determine the required narrow part width, measure the perimeter of the product being packaged at its narrowest point. The narrow part width is calculated using the formula:

Narrow part width = Product perimeter at its narrowest point x 0.4

Single-sided or double-sided, number of printing colors from 1+0 to 10+10

Delivery forms

— glued to two strips (for use on automated equipment);
— cut into individual packets, packed in transport bags of 100.
