Description

The polymer composite AMIGRAN is a granular material recycled from pure by-products of our own production processes. AMIGRAN is manufactured from by-products generated during the production of Atlantis-Pak products.

Application

AMIGRAN is designed for the production of technical products and consumer goods using various recycling methods. Examples include: irrigation pipes, seedling pots, electrical boxes, electrical pipes, haylage film, boxes, road surface materials, etc.

Assortment

AMIGRANE VV – secondary granule with PA content of 55–65%, white.

High-strength casting products – automotive components, brackets, housings, clips, brushes, stands, etc. Basis for the production of composite and modified polyamide-based raw materials.

AMIGRANE S – secondary granule with PA content of 60–75%, multi-color.

High-strength casting products – automotive components, brackets, housings, clips, brushes, stands, etc. Basis for the production of composite and modified polyamide-based raw materials.

AMIGRANE D – secondary granule with a PA content of 70–90%, multi-color, contains flexographic printing components of no more than 2%.

Recommendations for use

Composites transported at temperatures below 0°C must be kept at room temperature for at least 24 hours before use.

Recommended processing temperatures for AMIGRAN composite:
— for type A: 230–270°C;
— for type AM: 190–230°C;
— for types B, BB, C, and D: 220–250°C.
