AMIFLEX T-Ham casing is a multilayer barrier casing. AMIFLEX T-Ham casing is designed for use with automatic and semi-automatic filling and clipping equipment.
AMIFLEX T-Ham casing is designed for the production, transportation, storage and sale of restructured hams and cooked sausages that do not require smoking and are produced in press molds.
1. Increased adhesion of the casing to the minced meat and increased thermal shrinkage in the longitudinal and transverse directions prevents the casing from peeling off the product and prevents the formation of bouillon swelling throughout the product's shelf life.
2. Improved moldability ensures precise reproduction of the specified shape.
3. Mechanical strength allows for loaf molding using high-performance automatic and semi-automatic clipping machines at high molding speeds.
4. Low permeability to oxygen and water vapor is ensured by a carefully selected combination of polymers and ensures:
— no losses during heat treatment and storage of meat and sausage products;
— microbiological stability of products during storage;
— inhibition of oxidative processes that lead to rancidity of fats and changes in the natural color of the meat product;
— excellent presentation of the finished product (no wrinkles) throughout the entire shelf life.
5. Physiological safety. The casing is not susceptible to microbiological spoilage, as the materials it is made from are inert to bacteria and mold. This simplifies casing storage and improves the hygiene of both the casing itself and the sausage production process.
It is possible to produce exclusive colors
Single-sided and double-sided, single-color, multi-color, or full-color printing using UV-curable or volatile solvent-based inks. Printing is done using a flexographic process, and the inks are resistant to boiling, grease, and mechanical damage.
