Application

AMIPAK casing is designed for the production of all types of sausages, frankfurters, shpikachki, mini-sausages

Advantages

1. The high mechanical strength of AMIPAK casings allows for product formation not only by hand-tying but also on various types of equipment, ensuring high production speeds and the ability to overfill relative to the nominal caliber. The uniform caliber of AMIPAK casings ensures consistent filling on sausage production lines and stuffing machines with a twisting device.

2. High barrier properties. AMIPAK casing's permeability to oxygen and water vapor is an order of magnitude lower than that of protein and cellulose casings, resulting in the following advantages:
— minimal losses during heat treatment (0-1.5%) and storage of sausage and frankfurter products;
— excellent presentation of finished products (no wrinkles) throughout their entire shelf life.

3. The high heat resistance of the polymers used in AMIPAK casing production significantly expands the casing's usable temperature range compared to cellulose and protein casings. The casing is resistant to high temperatures.

4. Microbiological resistance. The polymers used to produce AMIPAK casings are inert to bacteria and mold. This improves the hygienic properties of both the casing itself and the finished product.

Seal

Single- or double-sided printing. Printing colors range from 1+0 to 6+6. Full-color printing is also possible.

Printing on ring casings is only possible:
— single-sided printing with "front side" positioning;
— double-sided printing without positioning, provided "background printing" is applied.
