AMISMOK is a line of low-permeability casings, available in glossy and matte, straight and ring-shaped versions.
AMISMOK casing is designed for the production of all types of semi-smoked, cooked-smoked sausages, frankfurters and shpikachki, produced using technologies that include smoking (roasting with smoke)
1. The smoke-permeable AMISMOK casing allows for roasting and smoking, imparting a pleasant, distinctive smoked flavor and aroma to the product, promoting the formation of a coagulated protein crust and a glossy surface beneath the casing.
2. The high mechanical strength of the AMISMOK casing allows for loaf formation not only by hand tying but also on high-performance automatic and semi-automatic clipping machines, ensuring high production speed and shape stability.
3. The high elasticity of the casing allows for overfilling by 10-12%.
4. High oxygen barrier properties compared to protein and viscose-reinforced casings provide the following advantages:
— Reduction of oxidative processes;
— Preservation of the individual flavor of spices in the finished product throughout the entire shelf life.
5. Low permeability to water vapor. AMISMOK casing is a cost-effective alternative to protein and viscose-reinforced casings, as it reduces moisture loss during heat treatment and storage (it has been proven that thermal loss of products in AMISMOK casings is 1.5 times lower). The vapor permeability of AMISMOK casing is 1.5 times lower than that of protein and viscose-reinforced casings, allowing for:
— achieving a high degree of smoked sausage products with the formation of a distinct flavor, aroma, and a coagulated protein crust on the surface of the sausages;
— reducing moisture loss during heat treatment and storage of finished products in AMISMOK casings.
6. The high heat resistance of the polymers used in the production of AMISMOK casings significantly expands the temperature range of the casing compared to protein and viscose-reinforced casings. The casing is resistant not only to high smoking temperatures (up to 75–80°C) but also to prolonged exposure.
7. Microbiological resistance. The polymers used to produce AMISMOK casings are inert to bacteria and mold. This improves the hygienic properties of both the casing itself and the finished product.

To obtain ring-shaped sausage loaves, the other properties are similar to AMISMOK Sm.
It is possible to produce exclusive colors
Single- or double-sided printing. Printing colors range from 1 to 6. Full-color printing is also possible. On ring casings, printing can be placed on the outer edge of the ring. Edge printing is also possible.
Straight version: 29–90 mm
Ring version: 29–51 mm
Available in rolls or corrugated lengths of 38 m or 50 m per corrugated box. Corrugated boxes can be made with a loop under the back clip; the length and footage of the corrugated box can be customized.
